Terms of Service

These terms apply to the SnipeSeller Chrome extension and the SnipeSeller Pro subscription, provided by YOUR FULL NAME OR COMPANY, Latvia ("we"). By installing SnipeSeller or buying SnipeSeller Pro you agree to them.

1. The service

SnipeSeller is a research and listing tool for online sellers. The free plan includes the profit calculator, Snipe (one page at a time), the test board and the daily routine. SnipeSeller Pro adds features described on the pricing page. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

2. Subscriptions and payment

• SnipeSeller Pro is sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes payments, charges applicable taxes and issues invoices. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal (SnipeSeller → Settings → Manage subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy (14 days).
• A license key is for your own use on up to 3 browsers. Don't share, resell or publish it.

3. Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for how you use SnipeSeller and for your listings, including following the rules of eBay, Amazon and any other platform, and the law.
• eBay only allows dropshipping from wholesale suppliers. Photos and text from other sellers or retailers usually belong to their owners. Only use content you have the right to use.
• Use "Scan all pages" and other features in moderation and don't use SnipeSeller to overload or disrupt any website.
• Don't try to bypass the subscription check, or copy or resell SnipeSeller.

4. Estimates, not advice

Profit figures, fee presets, sales counts, AI-written text and supplier prices are estimates that can be wrong or out of date. Check them before relying on them. SnipeSeller is not financial, legal or tax advice.

5. Third parties

SnipeSeller works with websites and services we don't control (eBay, Amazon, Anthropic, Lemon Squeezy). We aren't affiliated with eBay or Amazon, and we're not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions about your accounts.

6. Liability

SnipeSeller is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or account restrictions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SnipeSeller Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date above; significant changes will be announced on this website. You can stop using SnipeSeller at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the extension. We may suspend a license that is shared or misused.
